Insurance Choice Awards 2024

 

(26 September 2024) The Caravan and Motorhome Club celebrates becoming a finalist again at this year’s Insurance Choice Awards for Best Caravan Cover Provider and Best Motorhome Insurance Provider and this year, the Club has also been chosen by the awards’ organisers as finalists for Customer Service Champion and Treating Customers Fairly Champion.

 

The Insurance Choice Awards, run by the financial services review platform Smart Money People, are the leading consumer-voted awards within the industry. Launched in 2016 to help increase trust and transparency in financial services, the awards highlight the best cover and insurance products and providers in the market. Last year, 87 companies took part in the 2023 awards and there were 18 categories. This year’s event will take place on Thursday 7 November 2024 in London. Voting opened on 8 July and is still open until 15 October.

 

Getting to the finalist stage for Best Caravan Cover Provider, Best Motorhome Insurance Provider, Customer Service Champion and Treating Customers Fairly Champion is a proud achievement and reflects the Club’s commitment to excellence.

 The Club’s financial products, Caravan Cover and their Motorhome/Campervan Insurance, are both highly trusted by their members with thousands of Club members buying this cover year after year. The Club’s Caravan Cover is rated 9.1 out of 10 by Club members for claims handling satisfaction*, while 85% of members choose to renew** their Motorhome and Campervan Insurance with the Club.
